The success of our cutting edge promotional marketing method has lead to the need to expand the program. For this year we have a two part strategy for expansion:

I) Geographical
We have six open markets that we are focused on expanding into.

II) Realizing the Dream
We are expanding in our geographical area and feel the best way to do so is to pass on our recipe for success to individuals who want to start a successful future.

The end result is that we have several opportunities to fill in that geographical area.

The biggest challenge for our company right now is finding individuals that have the drive and determination to become successful entrepreneurs. Although we have had an overwhelming response to our recruitment process, not everyone is cut out for this type of program. Because of the out of the box thinking that is necessary in this industry, previous management, marketing and/or sales experience does not necessarily translate to more value for our organization. We typically focus on three key characteristics:

I) People Skills
We typically look for an individual who is comfortable dealing with people in a marketing and/or sales environment. Potential leadership skills are an asset.

II) Applying what you learn
Our business is results driven. Very few people join our organization with all of the skills necessary to succeed in this industry. It is crucial that the individual learn and develop new skills quickly. We offer an environment where an individual can utilize what they learn every day.

III) Ambition
Our goal is to find individuals who want more out of a business than just a great income. We look for people who not only want more than they have right now but are also willing to do whatever it takes to achieve it. A clearly defined game plan, plus hard work equals success.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Axis owes much of its success to its progressive approach to people. Every successful candidate that is accepted starts at the same level because our philosophy emphasizes the importance of leading by example and of having a full understanding of the entire business model. We are seeking trainees in sales, promotional marketing, administration & management for our new locations. All candidates must be willing to cross train in all aspects of our business model starting at the entry-level. In addition, all candidates must possess 3 critical attributes: above average people skills, student mentality and intensity for success.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Exciting hands-on program tailored to the individuals’ strengths and weakness in order provide the most relevant experiences to facilitate development. The training program encompasses the areas of marketing/sales, customer services, account management, campaign strategy and general business management skills with the goal of running one of our regional locations.

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Responsibilities include overseeing individuals, coordinating daily activities of the marketing/promotions department, territory management, and tracking and projecting sales.

SALES & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE
Responsible for representing clients in the Phoenix/Glendale area and maintaining relationships with our customers.
