We are a promotional marketing and advertising firm representing a variety of companies mainly in the arena of professional sports teams, hotels, restaurants, golf courses, satellite providers and home improvement giants.
 
What does your company do?
We provide an alternative to the traditional marketing approach like T.V., Radio, or Print. Our responsibility is to create marketing strategy that targets all of the client's needs in the Greater Phoenix area. We have a strategy that allows us to create a word of mouth buzz by taking key features of our client’s product or message directly to local businesses. We literally have the potential to get 100% exposure of our client’s services or products to a customer.
 
Why are we looking for people?
The success of our approach has lead to some our top clients to pressure us to expand the program. For the rest of this year we have a two-part strategy for expansion. The first is geographical. The second is divisionally. The client has chosen us to be the marketing arm to launch their services. We are creating divisions in each market specifically to handle the expansion program. The end result is that we have 12 management opportunities to fill in this region.
 
What are we looking for in a candidate?
The biggest challenge for our company right now is finding the right candidate. Although we have had an overwhelming response to our recruitment efforts, not everyone is cut out for this type of program. Because of the out of the box thinking that is necessary in this industry, previous management, marketing or sales does not necessarily translate to more value for our organization. We typically focus on key characteristics.
 
 1) People Skills. A candidate who is comfortable dealing with people in a marketing, sales or leadership capacity is ideal.
 
 2) Student Mentality. Our business is a learned industry, results driven and competitive environment. Very few people join our organization with all the skills necessary to succeed in this industry. It is crucial that our candidates learn and develop new skills quickly.
 
 3) Ambition. We are looking for someone who wants more than a weekly paycheck.
 
 4) Responsible and Accountable. We are looking for candidates that continue to make a commitment for excellence personally as well professionally. We pride ourselves that we only promote within. We build our management teams from an entry-level start through management.

What would be my daily duties?
That would really depend on what position your experience and qualifications landed you. Some of the positions include but are not limited to:

What is the advantage for a client to use your services?
All of our clients have an in house sales or marketing team, but we can offer them a service that is more effective at reaching target markets than traditional forms of advertising (such as catalogues, media, telemarketing, commercials and print ads). Our scope and range is unlimited. Clients that have an internal sales force find that our team will not only outperform theirs, but that we will do it for a lower cost. Traditionally, we will enter into a pay-for-performance contract with our client, which means for many of them it is the first time in history that they have been able to name their own price for a new customer.

If I’m a potential client, how would I find out if this approach would work for me?
Before committing long-term to a new client, product or promotion, a test market is done to ensure it is mutually beneficial for both the client and us. A typical pilot program would be worked on for approximately six weeks at a cost of approximately $10,000. If proven successful, we will commit ourselves to the client for a longer time period.

No, we stress the importance of classroom teaching and teamwork.
 
What are you looking for in a candidate?
We are looking for ambitious, charismatic individuals capable of excelling in business, leadership, and sales positions. Experience is helpful, but complete training is provided.
